The Technical Training Specialist is in charge of developing and managing Realtime Robotics product training programs and content for both virtual, independent, and onsite delivery. 

Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

  • Develop training curriculum for on-line and face-to-face delivery, accommodating various audiences and technical aptitudes

  • Work with Technical Teams (Product Management, Applications, Engineering, etc.) to develop product and applications training content

  • Identify and establish innovative training delivery methods

  • Conduct internal and externally facing training to build end-user product knowledge

  • Construct strategies for assessing training effectiveness to continuously refine training content and methodologies

The position could be a great match if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering, instructional design, or related technical field is desired. Non-technical degrees will be considered for those with a strong passion for learning new technologies.

  • Experience with establishing and maintaining Learning Management Systems

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Passion for interacting and collaborating with colleagues and customers

  • Knowledge of industrial robotics and peripheral automation equipment

  • General understanding of programming PLC’s and/or high-level programming languages Python/C++

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
