Process QA Specialist

As an Process QA Specialist at Realtime Robotics, you will be responsible for internal Quality process documentation, workflow definition, and training. This role is primarily focused on software development related processes, but also includes CAPA- and field-event-driven processes. In this position, you will be:

  • Working with department leads across the company to define and instill core quality tenets and best practices.

  • Creating documentation and associated material for the purpose of process standardization and training.

  • Training leadership and technical contributors developed quality policies and practices, and tracking progress/adherence to trained policies.

  • Contributing to definition and delivery of Defining training Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

  • Onboarding new employees through quality policies and best practices 

Required qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience through implementation of quality management and/or continuous improvement techniques, such as ISO 9001, Kaizen, Six Sigma, QFD, or other such approaches.

  • Interpersonal/Communication skills and comfort conveying information through reporting, meetings/conversation, and through training-oriented presentations.

  • Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws and pose solutions to those flaws

  • Ability to remain focused on quality in the face of faced-paced development and timelines.

  • BS in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.


  • Industrial Robotics industry knowledge and related experience.

  • Experience adhering to industrial deployment regulations in safety critical environments, and/or familiarity with ISO/TS 15066, ISO 13849, ISO 10218.
